Spatsizi Fly Fishing

Fly Fishing Trip or Lodge Details:

Spatsizi Fly Fishing

Spatsizi Fly Fishing Adventures offers a true wilderness fly fishing experience. Here is a frontier fly in fishing organization located in one of the most remote areas in British Columbia, Spatsizi Plateau Wilderness Park, offering a unique wilderness setting with no competition from other lodges. Spatsizi Fly Fishing Lodge is the only fishing lodge in Spatsizi Park.

The daily fly outs use two Cessna 185 float planes stationed at the Lodge. Experience a new river or lake every day! Dine riverside on freshly caught trout cooked to perfection by your congenial guide. Spatsizi guides provide first class service. They are knowledgeable in entomology, fly casting and general fly fishing skills. They know the rivers, streams and lakes, and If needed, they will provide fly casting instruction and fishing techniques.

Situated at the virtual headwaters of the Stikine River is Laslui Lake - the central lodge and base camp. Here are stationed the float planes to provide side trips to different lakes, streams and river systems; the camp consists of a chalet cookhouse and cozy log cabins, and provides excellent cuisine.

THE FISHING: There are numerous streams, rivers and lakes where inlets and outlets abound with unlimited fishing. The daily catches are phenomenal - when the hatch is on, these streams produce extraordinary numbers. Catch gorgeously marked Rainbows, free rising Arctic Grayling, and trophy size Bull Trout.

Recommend to anyone, novice to experienced, for the time of your life catching rainbows in a spectacularly beautiful setting.
~~ George Randall, KS

The rainbows will hit dry flies everywhere you fish and I had a couple of afternoons of truly world-class dry fly fishing.
~~ Carl Anderson, NC

My wife was new to fly fishing and she caught and released 50 rainbows in one day.
